Better Healthcare Services is registered with the National Care Quality Commission. We have a network of nurses, healthcare assistants, domestics and other skilled healthcare staff throughout the UK. We supply to NHS Trusts, private and local authority nursing & residential homes, the Home Office and individual clients.

OUR SERVICE

Better Healthcare Services is dedicated to providing the best quality service to all clients and has a quality assurance system in place for the recruitment, training and development of all staff members. We believe that the provision of quality care and support can only be delivered by staff who are valued, empowered and trained to a high standard. To this end we offer our staff a fully comprehensive training package tailored to their development needs.

Our senior staff members consist of Regional and General Managers who have a wealth of healthcare experience, many of whom are registered nurses and are proficient in the instruction of the following courses:

  • Basic Care and Observations

  • Basic Food and Hygiene

  • Health & Safety

  • Moving and Handling

Our large staffing database allows us to offer flexible, tailored placements, be it theatre, nursing, healthcare assistants or domestic staff.

Better Healthcare Services are committed to providing experienced and appropriately skilled staff. Our teams work closely with the associates to monitor and assess the quality of placements and the service provided.

The company is registered with the Care Quality Commission at every branch and is systematically monitored and regulated for
this purpose. The company is fully committed
to meeting the requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000.

We are a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (R.E.C) and in addition to our in-house employment specialists, the company retains the services of a leading employment law specialist and advisor to a number of health authorities.
