Better Healthcare understands the challenges that arise from a lack of PPE and have helped supply PPE to other care providers, charities and local authorities.
At Better Healthcare, we understand how challenging it is for care providers and other local authorities to support those in need in a safe manner. The UK is experiencing a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and many organisations that rely on such equipment are worried about the health and safety of their staff and the clients they interact with.
As a result of the concerning lack of PPE in the UK, we resourced our own supply from overseas. We bought large volumes of PPE and have been able to support others by helping supply them with emergency PPE they need.
The British Red Cross is one of the organisations we have helped. This charity aims to help people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We’re glad we could support a charity that is doing amazing work for individuals and communities in need. Nicola Hebden, the Service Manager for Independent Living & Crisis Response, had a message for Better Healthcare’s MD Marc Diamond:
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the PPE which was provided to us by Better Healthcare last week. It has enabled my team to carry on providing a vital response service to vulnerable citizens across Hertfordshire, so we are truly grateful to your company.

We will continue to support local authorities, charities and care providers in need whenever we can.
We also continue to support new and existing clients with our services. We can provide home care, live-in care, healthcare, specialist care, respite care for informal carers, and recruitment solutions for the social care and housing market.
