From the initial assessment our expert team take into account any concerns or requests from you. Care workers are then accurately matched based on the relevant knowledge / experience / training and shared beliefs.
No two people are the same and we acknowledge that each Service User is unique and therefore listening and understanding your need is paramount to being able to offer you the sort of service you are looking for and desire.
We believe that personal service is important in making life more enjoyable and comfortable. Our 24 hour telephone on-call service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year to deal with any emergencies and there is always an experienced member of staff who can be consulted day or night.
On-going performance will be audited informally by means of frequent contact with you. We offer on-going training and supervision to staff to ensure that high standards are firstly put in place and then maintained and Managers will perform regular spot checks.

During our inspection we spoke with six people who used the service or with the spouse. People told us that the care and support was good. One person said, “I can’t fault them, I have had absolutely no complaints whatsoever.” Another person we spoke with said the care provided, “Is very good, the carers are excellent and a real help.” One person we spoke with, who was new to the service, told us, “They asked me lots of questions about the care I needed before it started and so far (after just over a week) I am very happy with them. My carer is very helpful and friendly.”
