Limiting the spread of the coronavirus in healthcare settings

Here’s what you need to know about the work we’re doing to limit the spread of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus.

Identified in late 2019 in Wuhan, China, COVID-19 swiftly became a global health concern as it spread to various countries, including the UK.

At Better Healthcare, our staff and care workers have been briefed on how to limit the risk of spreading the coronavirus disease. We ensure that everyone at BHC is regularly updated about the latest news on the spread of the disease and how to lower the risk of infection.

We’ve created a poster that highlights the symptoms of the disease and how you can prevent the spread of germs.

Please call NHS 111 immediately if you think you, your family or anyone you’re caring for has coronavirus-like symptoms. In the case of any medical emergency, please call 999.
