Our Ethos

Big enough to support, small enough to care

As a private company and not beholden to shareholders, we have greater flexibility to invest in our services, particularly in the critical areas of staff recruitment and retention and ongoing training. Our central domiciliary team ensure that all of our branches embrace and implement new initiatives and best practice. As a multi branch organisation we have strong head office support, ensuring our care staff are freed up from administrative tasks and can concentrate on the key duties of delivering care.

As a supplier to a number of local authorities and CCG’s we have gained vast experience in delivering home and community support in many different types of care environments. We believe that this experience will be of significant added value to our customers.

What Specialist Care Provides

A personal approach, because no two people are the same

We take great care in ensuring that your unique set of needs is met in order to provide the service best suited to you.

Care workers are accurately matched to the individual, taking into account their knowledge, experience, training as well as shared beliefs. We work closely with your family, social services or CCGs, Case Manager, GPs and other relevant parties to develop a support plan that enhances your capabilities.

Support

A level of support second to none

Our scope of services is second to none; we believe that personal service is essential in making life more enjoyable and comfortable. Each of our Specialist Clients have their own dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse who is at hand to support your needs.  Our 24-hour telephone on-call service operates seven days a week, 365 days a year to deal with any emergencies and there is always an experienced member of staff on call.

The ongoing performance will be audited formally and informally by means of frequent contact with you. We offer ongoing training and supervision to staff to ensure that high standards are consistently put in place and then maintained. All our specialist care staff are trained on our robust clinical governance policies and inductions, procedures and refresher courses.
